AvaTalk Review: Maybe skip this one
Published: · Updated:
Seun Ogundele, who has a not-so-great vendor rating, just launched this new video tool on a platform that also has a less-than-stellar reputation. I bought it, couldn’t even use it on the first day, and realized a few things:
- Glitchy launches are red flags. If it doesn’t work when it’s brand new, that’s not a good sign for long-term reliability.
- Bad reviews matter. People don’t give low ratings for nothing. Those numbers mean less-than-happy customers.
- Don’t fall for the hype. Fancy videos are cool, but they don’t always equal a great product. Be skeptical.
- Simple is usually better. Odds are, you can get more done (and with less headache) by just recording yourself. (boring tech)
I’m all for tools that help, but this ain’t feeling like one of them.
Your time and money are probably better spent elsewhere.
Best,
Tim
